Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchased. If the product is deemed defective by saltwaterlashes.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

    Items sent back to us without first indicating damage, will not be accepted.

    Refunds
    If accepted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
